Allboard certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons are required to pass both a thorough written qualifying examination and a rigorous oral certifying examination to be certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Seidenschmid graduated from University of Toronto with a double specialty in physiology and pharmacology, followed by a dental degree at Temple University in Philadelphia and spending four years at six hospitals in New York. Dr. Seidenschmid joined the Vancouver Oral Surgery Group in 2001.
He shares with us his thoughts on changing lives through dentistry, “Dental Implants make an enormous difference! We can restore a person’s ability to eat, speak properly – it has a huge effect on their quality of life. It’s really wonderful to be able to do that for somebody.”
