Scheduling Oral Surgery Appointments
Office Hours
We typically reserve our morning appointments for surgical procedures and prefer to schedule our consultations in the afternoons. We understand that each patients needs, questions and concerns are unique and have found this scheduling system allows us the time to get to know you. We will make every effort to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. If you experiencing an emergency we will make every effort to accommodate you in the same day.
Our doctors and staff are efficient while performing surgery however, there are unexpected times where for various reasons, appointment times are lengthened causing a delay in seeing you. We will try our best to minimize your wait time, and appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur. We certainly value your time and will do our best to see you at your scheduled time.
There are two ways you may schedule an appointment with Vancouver Oral Surgery Group. You may fill out the intake forms by clicking on the link “Patient Registration” on our website or, you may call us with the following information:
1. Your contact information
2. The names of your doctors and dentist
3. Your dental and medical insurance information
4. Medications and supplements you are currently taking
5. Any medical conditions or allergies that you may currently have
You may also visit our office to fill out the intake forms.
Please be sure to alert the office if you have a medical condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial joints or heart valves, or history of stroke.
Your health and safety is our primary concern. If you have been referred to us by your dentist, physician, or another treating doctor, please be sure to have the referring doctor fill out the referral form on our website (under “Referring Doctors”) or email or fax us their reason for referral. We may also contact your dentist or physician to request this information upon your request. If your dentist or physician has taken radiographs (x rays), you may request they be forwarded to our office via our website (under “Referring Doctors”) or via email.
